CASp INSPECTION / ADA INSPECTION
Our expert Certified Access Specialists will confidentially survey your property and identify all of the architectural barriers to accessibility to ensure compliance with the ADA and California standards. Our inspectors can survey individual elements or entire properties. Our ADA inspection team can handle any scope and will clearly identify the spaces and elements to be inspected in our contracts and reports. No surprises!
CASp REPORT / ADA INSPECTION REPORT
Following your site survey by a certified inspector, you will be provided with a detailed report with pictures, diagrams and easy to understand descriptions in the cited findings. Not all reports are created equal and ours are the most user friendly in the industry. If you have any questions about your ADA inspection report or CASp inspection report, the inspector will walk you through the findings and explain how their determination was made.
CASp / ADA SUPPORT
Our ADA support team will guide you through the whole process of creating a barrier removal plan and assist with implimentation. We can provide you with contractor recommendations that are familiar with the ADA and California standards and can help you improve your property correctly. In addition we will continually inform you of changes in accessibility laws and alert you if we notice a serial litigant targeting similar businesses / properties in your area.

WHY GET CASp INSPECTED?
The goal of Senate Bill 1608 and 1186, the law that governs CASp is to encourage owners to make their properties accessible to the disabled community and grant protection from what is commonly referred to as “shakedown lawsuits”. By getting CASp inspected, regardless of the results, you will be granted “Qualified Defendant” status which grants you special legal rights against accessibility related lawsuits.
CASp Services
CASp SERVICES / ADA INSPECTIONS
Includes a CASp survey and CRASCA report for all the the findings in the scope of the project. The scope can include the entire property or individual spaces and elements. CASp inspections and CRASCA reports are eligible for a Disability Access Inspection Certificate (DAIC).
Restaurant CASp Inspections
Restaurants are one of the most heavily targeted industries for serial litigants of ADA lawsuits. Having your restaurant CASp inspected before you are targeted will save you tens of thousands of dollars in statutory damages and legal fees. We are very experienced in this industry and serviced everything from national fast-food chains to fine dining restaurants.
Accessible Path of Travel Inspections
This is a common request in California cities and we have performed many path of travel evaluations to comply with city inspector requirements. We will evaluate: the accessible route from a public way, parking, exterior path of travel, Interior path of travel, restrooms, telephones and drinking fountains that serve the area of alteration.
